We created DETAIL+ with the desire to concentrate our professional experience, knowledge and consistency at work as a quality service - the management of construction and investment projects. With the ambitious choice of our company name we demonstrate our leitmotif: insight into all the details and aspects of the services we offer to achieve the best result for our clients.
I graduated the Technical University of Dortmund, Germany, followed by invaluable experience in the leading foreign construction companies in Bulgaria working on various projects such as office, industrial and residential buildings, covering almost all of the branches of the construction industry.
The management of large-scale construction projects over the last ten years and the responsibilities associated with it taught me to seek a balance among being a leader of a large team, delegating and controlling many processes and actions in order to achieve a quality and sustainable end product, prioritizing its being on time and on budget.

First and foremost, I place great importance on attention to detail. This quality has been shaped by my experience in coordinating and delivering finishing works for high-end, modern office spaces, as well as by solving challenges of various kinds throughout the construction process. I believe that the successful delivery of every project relies on timely decision-making and a thorough understanding and analysis of the details.
One of my main driving forces is effective communication with our clients and with everyone involved in the delivery process. Clear communication is fundamental both to the progress of a project and to achieving the vision and expectations of the client.
Throughout my professional experience with various Bulgarian and international companies, I have come to value honest and open communication, reliability and integrity as the most important qualities and core principles of my personal professional ethic. I believe that successful project management requires dedication, constant attention and consistent daily effort. Throughout my professional career, I have worked on large-scale projects involving international stakeholders, gaining extensive experience in the precise and timely coordination of the many participants involved throughout a project’s lifecycle, as well as in the need to examine every aspect of a project in depth and detail.
I completed my higher education in Manchester, United Kingdom, including an exchange year in Hamburg, Germany. This experience further strengthened my determination, resilience and ability to adapt to different conditions and working environments.
After several years with one of the established international companies in the industry - an experience that reflects my reliability and loyalty - I joined the DETAIL+ team because I believe it is the right environment in which to work alongside established professionals in the field, further develop my interpersonal and professional skills, and successfully contribute to a portfolio of exciting and remarkable projects.
